Chef Ray Duey (aka Chef Garnish) will be demonstrating easy fruit and vegetable carving techniques in the California Wine Country this Sunday. The following weekend head to Michigan for a carving competition with aspiring culinary students and get tips for creative Halloween pumpkins.
On September 26 2010, Chef Garnish will be teaching classes on how to carve fantastic fruit & vegetable bouquets and pumpkins at the Taste of Lodi wine and food weekend in Lodi Wine Country, California.

The following weekend in Michigan, carvers can compete against aspiring culinary students from all over the US at the Holland Farmers Market on October 1-2. THE CARVE III event will be judged by professional carvers including instructor Nita Gill and winner of Food Network’s Fantasy Fruit Sculptures Competition, Chef Douglas St. Souver.
