Epic Pad Thai Video – How to make the PERFECT PAD THAI

Continuing on with our step-by-step Thai cooking videos for our Perfect Pad Thai recipe, this video shows you How to Make a Perfect Pad Thai from start to finish.

Here we make everything from roasting the peanuts to the NOODLE DISH itself. We’ve used SHRIMPS, because they’re tasty and look so good! However, we’ve also given the quantities for other main ingredients, such as CHICKEN.

The Pad Thai Sauce video, uses our recipe. Tamarind paste is used as the base and is combined with high-quality Thai fish sauce and palm sugar. It is an easy recipe and can be prepared in advance and kept refrigerated indefinitely. Also, this sauce recipe makes more then needed for the noodle recipe, so you can refrigerate any remaining sauce in a glass container for the next time.
