How can I track my package?
Once your order is en route, you will receive an email directly from UPS with the tracking number. If you have not received your UPS tracking number within a few business days of ordering, please contact us for your tracking information (please first check your email provider's junk/spam folder, as UPS.com emails are not getting through to many email accounts including YAHOO and AOL).
Is it safe to use my credit card?

What are my ordering and payment options?

How can I be sure you received my order?
Initially, we send an email to you confirming receipt of your order within a few minutes after you have placed your order online. If you do not receive an email confirming your order, please check your bulk email folder because AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail and others sometimes block our emails. If you cannot find our email please email us and we will check to insure that your order was processed successfully.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email from UPS with your UPS tracking number. If you have not received your UPS tracking number within a few business days of ordering, please contact us for your tracking information (please first check your email provider's junk/spam folder, as UPS.com emails are not getting through to free email accounts). Note we do not charge anything to your card until the order is processed and en route to you.
Canceling or modifying an order
To cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as you can with your order number and include the billing name with which you placed your order if possible.
If your order has already been shipped
If your order has entered our shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the order within 30 days from the date of shipment, and we will provide the appropriate refund. For more information on returning merchandise, see our Refund and Returns Policies.
What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
Sometimes items in you order may fall out of stock while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay. If you have other items in your order, we will let you know in the email when we expect the out of stock item to arrive to us. We will continue to try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Please note that sometimes we have to substitute a different brand than what you ordered. We reserve the right to complete your order with compatible brands when the brand shown on the site is not available.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please see our Shipping Information page for complete details about how long it will take to receive your order from the time of placing your order until it reaches your destination. It is important to include time for order processing and UPS time in transit when estimating total delivery time. If you are having a party etc. and need your order by a certain date please be sure to tell us either when placing your order or contact us now.
