Placing An Order
Whenever you place an order with TempleofThai.com, we send out e-mail notifications to update you on the status of your order.
These communications include:
- Confirmation that we received your order
- Confirmation that your order is shipped
- Notice of any other issues we encounter in fulfilling your order
If you place an order at TempleofThai.com and do not receive an order confirmation e-mail within a few hours, there is a good chance this e-mail is being blocked by e-mail filtering software. Please see information below about how to solve this problem
If you have not received a confirmation that your order has been shipped within the expected amount of time, after checking your e-mail, please e-mail us.
Unblocking Your E-mail
E-mail blocking software can be hosted in any of the following places:
- Your computer's email system
- The email system at your place of work
- By an email provider (see list below)
- By an Internet service provider

If the e-mail system on your computer uses a filter or spam blocker, please add our email address to your address book or "white list" to ensure that you receive emails about your order status:

Please contact your e-mail system administrator or Internet service provider to see if a filter or spam blocker is in use.
If Your E-mail Provider Uses E-mail Filters
Some Internet service providers or web-based email providers (see list below) have e-mail filters or restrictions that may prevent our e-mails from reaching you.
