Refund and Returns Policies
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our goal is to to fill your order accurately and deliver it in a timely manner.
You may return most new, unopened items sold by TempleofThai.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
TempleofThai.com warranties our cookware and knives against normal wear and tear for 30 days from the date of purchase. Knives that are opened will receive a partial refund.
Products accepted for return must have been purchased within 30 days of your notification to us that you would like to return the merchandise to us via e-mail. No exceptions.
Returning DVDS: NOTE WE DO NOT accept RETURNS OF DVD's unless they are defective. Please do not order DVD's if you do not accept this policy.
Three Delivery Attempts by UPS: UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. If UPS is unable to deliver the package to you, UPS will return the package to our facilities. In this event you will will be responsible for the cost of UPS as these costs are still incurred by our company. If you would like to cancel your order before it has left our warehouse, please contact us immediately by email, but if your order has already been expedited we cannot refund the cost of shipping to you.
How to Return an Item
Step 1. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by e-mail. This number is necessary for ensuring that you receive credit quickly. Please provide the following information when you contact us for the RMA# so that we are able to better serve you:
- Original order number (if possible)
- Name of products being returned
- Reason for return
- Your name and contact information.
Step 2. Re-pack the goods securely. It is very important to write the RMA# on the outside of the box below our address. Returns without an RMA# on the outside of the box will be refused. Insure the product for the full value of the merchandise to protect against loss or damage. If the return is due to our mistake we will reimburse the cost of shipping and insurance to you.
In the e-mail with the RMA# we will specify to what location you should return the package to.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you are in receive a damaged shipment or your shipment never arrives, please contact us or leave a message toll-free at 877-811-8773 so we can start a claim process. Because UPS sometimes requires an inspection of the damage, it is very important that you keep all packing materials and the damaged goods for 2 weeks.
You MUST inform TempleofThai of damaged package claims within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or in the case of a lost package, within 30 days of the expected delivery date of the package as noted in the tracking information provided by TempleofThai.com. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
For damaged and lost shipments, UPS requires an investigation into the damage or the whereabouts of a lost package. Replacement items will be sent upon completion of their claims process.
