Young Jackfruit, Chaokoh, 10 oz

Imported from Thailand, young jackfruit (kanoon awn in Thai) sliced in circle to made it easy to use in various Thai food especially curry or Thai-style spicy salad.  To make salad from young jackfruit, chop jackfruit into appropriate piece, mix well with chili, lemon juice, fish sauce and other kinds of spicy and serve with fried pork rind. Also, young jackfruit has a high nutrition which is good use for releiving diarrhea.
