Yellow Sour Curry Paste
Yellow Sour Curry Paste is prepared with the addition of tamarind paste, therefore it is prepared with water instead of coconut milk. Boil Yellow Sour Curry with water, vegetables, bamboo shoots and fish or chicken just until cooked. Season with fish sauce. Serve with steamed jasmine rice. Stock up and be ready for a quick, low-fat meal anytime. Directions Stir 1 can of Yellow Curry Paste into 4 cans of heated water, add some sour bamboo shoots, or your choice of vegetables. Boil until cooked, and serve with your choice of rice. (Serves 3)
