Black Sweet Soy Sauce (ซีอิ๊วหวาน, see-yew dahm wahn in Thai) is rich and thick. Dark in color, it is used primarily for making a particular sweet Thai snacks. It is even sweeter than Thai black soy sauce and thick like ketchup. It can also be perfect for dipping Shrimp Crackers, Crispy Duck, Beijing Duck, Crispy Pork and Roast Pork.
