Tom Kha Paste is a quick and easy way to make Thai Tom Kha Soup, Chicken in Coconut Milk. This famous soup is a blend of coconut milk flavored with kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal. Chicken is added most often to make this delightful cooling soup.
Just add 2 tablepoons of Tom Kha Paste to 3 cups of boiling water. Mix well and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add your choice of your meat and vegetables like baby corn and straw mushrooms.
