Coconut Jelly in Syrup (or woon ma praw in Thai) can be found in many Thai desserts and also eaten with ice cream. It's cut into squares and soaked in sugar syrup to make this jelly ready-to-eat anytime.  It's firm, transparent and a bit sweet and is often eaten with attap fruit, grass jelly, boiled sweet potato, tapioca shredded or tub tim krob. Put together with small amount of red sala syrup, sugar syrup and crushed ice.
