Gogi Tempura Flour (แป้งเทมปุระ) is the favorite tempura flour of the Thai kitchen. Vegetables like pumpkin, carrot or onion and meat and seafood especially shrimp are delicious deep-fried in this tempura batter. Serve with Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce for a quick meal or snack.

To prepare Gogi Tempura batter, simply mix with cold water, dip vegetables or meat into the batter and fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown. Detailed instruction are given on the package. For extra flavor, try adding Maggi Seasoning Sauce.
