Toddy Palm Paste, Por Kwan, 15.5 oz
Toddy Palm Paste is the main ingredient for making a traditional Thai pudding called Khanom Tan. To make this pudding, mix the toddy palm paste with rice flour, coconut milk and sugar and leave for a while until the flour fluffs up. Fill in banana leaf cups, sprinkle with shredded coconut meat and steam about 15 minutes.
