Canceling or Modifying an Order Before Shipment

Most orders you place with us enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified or canceled. Orders are often processed within 24 hours of receipt. It may not be possible to make changes. If the order has already entered the shipping process (i.e. has been packaged and ready to be expedited by our company), you will instead be asked to take advantage of our return policy.

You can update your pending order by emailing us (for example to change your billing address, shipping address, quantities ordered, add or subtract items, or cancel your order etc.).

Because your credit card is not charged until after the order is shipped, you will not have been charged in the event that your cancel your order.
