Tempura Rack, Product of China

The Tempura Rack is a convenient cookware item for draining excess oil from fried food. The rack fits over your wok and hot fried food such as tempura can be easily placed on the rack to drain and cool reducing the chance of dripping hot oil on the stove top and kitchen work surfaces.
