Noodle Basket, Product of Taiwan

The long-handled noodle boiling basket is compatible with all types of noodles (as well as spaghetti) and is simply designed to lower food into boiling water and hold it there. This is an especially useful device when one wishes to control the exact amount of time that noodles are cooked for. In Thailand, boiling baskets are frequently used for the sake of convenience as Asian noodles require very little time to cook through.

Made of stainless steel, each basket is five inches wide and five inches deep and comes included with a fourteen inch handle. The baskets are also equipped with a 'U' shaped clip for attaching to the side of pots and a loop for hanging and draining.
