Panang Curry Paste is a drier type of curry, being cooked with less coconut milk then other curries, like green or red curry. Cooked most often with beef, it can also be used with seafood or chicken. Vegetables are not usually added. Top with finely cut fresh kaffir lime leaves for a aromatic and attractive garnish.
