Mama Pad Kee Mao is a spicy stir fry noodles with basil flavor. Pad Kee Mao, is translated from Thai as 'Drunken Stir Fry'. This dish is usually exhilaratingly spicy.

Pad Kee Mao dishes are made with lots of fresh hot Thai chili peppers, fresh garlic and holy or sweet basil and may be prepared with chicken, pork or seafood, such as clams or prawns.

To prepare, boil in hot water and drain the water out. Then, add condiments and stir well. You can also add your own meat or vegetables as desired.
