Eat Pickled Garlic (กระเทียมดอง grathiam dong in Thai) as an accompaniment to Thai meals as you would a sweet pickle. Its flavor is surprisingly different from fresh garlic. Pickled garlic is especially delicious with Boiled Rice Soup (kao tohm in Thai). It can also can be used in Thai dipping sauces including suki sauce.
