Rice Flour, Erwan, 16 oz
Rice flour (แป้งข้าวเจ้า paeng khao jaao in Thai) is used for many desserts or sweets in Thailand. Note that there are two types of rice flour in Thailand - this type is not sticky (non-glutinous) and is sometimes referred to as plain rice flour. It is coarse in texture and when cooked becomes soft and smooth.
