Satay Peanut Sauce & Marinade Seasoning Mix (2pkg), Lobo, 3.5 oz

Everything you need to make Thai Satay is included in this Satay Seasoning Mix from Lobo. Seasoning mix and peanut sauce mix are both included. Just add coconut milk to the seasoning mix to marinate your choice of meat or tofu. Barbecue and serve with the peanut sauce mix.

Lobo brand Satay Seasoning Mix contains two packets: one for marinating and one for making the peanut dipping sauce. Just add one quarter cup (60ml) coconut milk to the Satay Seasoning Mix and marinate (approximately 1 lb.) sliced chicken, pork, beef or tofu for at least one hour. Skewer marinated meat or tofu slices onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers and grill.

To make the Peanut Sauce, mix 3/4 cup (180ml) coconut milk with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil to the sauce packet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes to thicken. Serve the griled meats with the peanut sauce.

To prepare this packet mix you will need approximately 1/2 can of Coconut Milk Chaokoh, Chaokoh, 13.5 fl oz
